We are Hacienda Jalisco Family Restaurant. Or just Jalisco.

For almost a quarter of a century we have made and celebrated the food of our native state of Jalisco, Mexico, in Galesburg, since we opened our first location in 1997.

Many of our recipes, especially our sauces, are family recipes. We make our food from the basic ingredients. This is our home cooking for you.
